Why website visitors do not become customers
If your site gets visitors but few calls, the problem is rarely traffic. It is usually one of these.
The message is unclear
Visitors decide within seconds whether they are in the right place. The top of the page should say what you do, where and for whom.
The page is slow or awkward on a phone
Most visits are on phones. Slow loading, tiny text and buttons that are hard to tap lose people before they read anything.
Contact details are hard to find
If people have to hunt for a phone number or a form, many will give up. Make the number tap to call and put the main action where it is easy to see.
Not enough trust
Reviews, photos of real work, licenses and a real address make a stranger comfortable contacting you.
Too many choices or no clear next step
Pages with a dozen links and several competing buttons stall people. Give each page one main action.
The page does not match what brought them
If an ad or search result promised one thing and the page opens on another, visitors leave.
Forms that ask too much
Every extra field reduces completion. Ask only for what you need to follow up.
